Given the recent talks and featured news stories in the last few months, you would be forgiven for becoming increasingly confused with what is going on in the world of sustainable green energy and its role within current power demands. So to try and decipher some of the critical elements, we’ve put together a simple explanation of two of the key principles.

RET – stands for ‘Renewable Energy Target’ and has recently passed through parliament as a law which aims to see our level of carbon emissions drop significantly, come the year 2020. The ‘Target’ figure for this date is to have achieved a total of 20% energy production from Renewable Energy sources, including the likes of Renewable Air Energies technology.

ETS – stands for ‘Emissions Trading Scheme’ and facilitates businesses inability or unwillingness to ‘go green’ as well as rewarding those who do. For those parties that make the transition, with the likes of Renewable Air Energies paving the way in accessible, practical and economically viable options in green and sustainable energy production, the ability to reduce carbon emissions is rewarded by a official certificate, which can be subsequently ‘traded’ under ETS agreements, at a price which benefits the company in possession of the certificate. What this amounts to is a financial incentive to those businesses, currently outputting high levels of carbon emissions to make the transition to green energy supply, and in doing so cut their costs.

Thanks to the development of products from Renewable Air Energies, this could not be more opportune time to switch to green energy production, with the facility to cut costs, not just from ETS proposals but also in the technology implemented, providing a renewable, sustainable and ultimately more cost efficient option then its polluting counterparts.

Our Efforts to Produce Energy

Posted on 21 Dec 2011 In: Renewable Air Energies

Renewable Air Energies is taking the lead in making positive steps to change the ease of access and practical implementation of our use of wind energy as we move swiftly towards a position of energy independence and attempt to move away from the unsustainable and polluting effects of traditional carbon emitting energy resources.

Renewable energy products in recent years have developed with great effect, but the ability to implement them into practical use, for home, business and industry has often proved complicated, costly and without proven advantage. Even those methods which may promise to provide a low cost energy alternative in the future, can offer little short term benefit.

Thanks to new alternative energy products, carefully constructed and modified to bring up to the demands of modern energy usage and infrastructure, the energy generation devices available through Renewable Air Energies are serving to pave the way in meeting the growing needs of power production in Australia.

With the Renewable Energy Target (RET) becoming increasingly identifiable as a scheme that is being implemented across the wider Australian continent, the task of achieving a consistent and reliable form of renewable energy is upon us.

Having pioneered the development of renewable technology research and experiment in this country for the previous two decades, the team at Renewable Air Energies have, since 2008, founded a company that is ready to embrace the up and coming challenges faced by small and larger scale business and domestic requirements, for implementing alternative, clean energy solutions.

Their continued involvement and development of green, low cost energy alternatives makes them the ideal candidates to assist in the latest aim for reducing carbon emissions and adhering to recent legislative measures in emissions levels.

Australia’s Renewable Ability

Posted on 5 Dec 2011 In: Renewable Air Energies

Australia, with its expanse of coastline and land area spanning 7,686,850km2 has enormous potential for renewable energy resources.

However, in spite of targets set in place to encourage the growth of renewable resources, our current capacity to harness them is at an insignificant level.

Luckily, a company which has embraced the need for future proofing energy demands has come up with a revolutionary new development at Renewable Air Energies.

They’re product utilizes wind power as a means of energy generation and can substantially cut emissions and costs to power bills in the home, at work and on an industrial scale.

Green Is The Future

Posted on 2 Sep 2009 In: Local Energy

With the Emissions Trading Scheme being a subject of much debate in recent weeks, the ability to equip corporate business and the home with an almost instantaneous ability to implement a new, green energy generation device is here for the taking.

Through the pioneering new technology available from Renewable Air Energies, the industrial and domestic level of carbon emissions can be reduced, while the solution provides not only renewable and sustainable incentive, but also financial gain. Ultimately we are seeing an inevitable shift towards low cost energy alternatives and wind energy can provide us with just that.

While the governing parties can argue about the merits of the ETS, and even pose questions about our countries need to contribute to the reduction in carbon emissions, as observers of the field, it seems obvious that there are more and more reasons to go green.

In spite of continuing efforts by the Australian Government to increase the national contribution to a reduction in carbon emissions and improve the reputation of Australia in the global context of being ‘Green’, the opposition are still making noises to try and upset the equilibrium.

Whilst agreements have been made in new legislative measures to implement renewable energy alternatives to the national power supply, members of the National Party still stand in criticism of the issues facing our future in terms of the impact we might have on climate change.

Speaking in Canberra on Thursday, Tim Costello, Chief Executive of World Vision Australia voiced his concerns over the National’s stance on Australia’s efforts to implement clean energy solutions.

With continuing scepticism from the National Party threatening to push the Liberals in a similar direction, with opinion that states, there would be little impact made to the overall incidence of climate change from any efforts that Australia might make to reduce carbon emissions.

Mr Costello warned the National Press Club in Canberra that “This is a failure of a global ethic. If every nation and every party … argued the same way, there can be no response to climate change.”

Here at Renewable Air Energies, we have appreciated and understood the need to implement not just a clean, but ultimately sustainable approach to our energy demands and our continued efforts to develop the most efficient and effective technologies, span over two decades.

Our understanding and confidence in the issues and science behind climate change mean that these efforts will continue long into the future in Australia, and the continued support of our leading party and those who still remain sceptical is not only important but essential for our long term energy needs.

According to Auswind reports, recent Australian wind resources have amounted to producing up to 817MW of power on an annual basis, which provides the equivalent contribution of removing 752,000 cars off the road, or planting 4.86 million trees.

Bearing in mind that the majority of this contribution comes in the form of wind farms that can cost from $100 million to $400 million in terms of their development, it is a facility that requires time in abundance to bear the fruits of financial gain.

Here at Renewable Air Energies, wind technology has been developed in a form that is not only more accessible in terms of its installation, but also in terms of the benefits that can be felt financially, within a greatly reduced period of time, and on a drastically localised scale, within the home/ business and including industry.

By harnessing the waste air provided by existing air units, the Renewable Air Energies product is paving the way in providing an immediately available solution to renewable power, which could not be more appropriate in facilitating the latest legislative regulations put in place by the government.

Green Trends Given Additional Merit

Posted on 24 Aug 2009 In: Energy Technology

The association with ‘Green’ as an energy concept has been something of a lifestyle choice for many in the past decade, made synonymous with a fashion for ‘Earth Motherliness’ and  bohemian style. However, recent developments in government legislation have finally made steps towards defining the issue as one of major significance and more than just a matter which differentiates between those who do or do not consider themselves part of the ‘Green’ movement.

No longer a trend which is represented by an exclusively trendy group of advocates and consumers, the current concerns presented in the climate change debate have made way for a critical position in the use of green, sustainable and renewable technologies which can serve to not only contribute to our carbon reduction scheme targets, but also help to secure our future in terms of sustaining our power supply in the absence of fossil fuels and also reduce the cost of power in both the long and short term.

The latest in the ongoing RET government talks has seen a major shift towards the acknowledgement of renewable wind energies as being the way forward in sustaining Australia’s power supply and meeting the targets put forward for 2020 carbon reductions.

Not just in terms of providing funds for major wind farm development, the decision to back the wind industry in its efforts to reduce the national carbon footprint is surely an indicator as to the  efficiency and reliability with which the government feels it can move forward an implement new renewable technologies for the future of Australia.

While discussions continue with other renewable sources and there is heated talk between industry big bods about who, where and how to best source a clean and sustainable energy source, here at Renewable Air Energies the technology is already set and ready to be implemented, not just on an industrial scale but also for small businesses and in the home.

So with targets being set and an increasing level of pressure being put on business to implement renewable technologies in order to meet their annual contribution to the carbon reduction scheme, there has never been a better or more prompt moment to become acquainted with wind energy power production.
